Drouin Dragons SC are moving to a new structure in 2026 with the recruitment of an experienced Technical Director and also the introduction of a General Manager.
Our Club will be split into Football Operations headed by Rob Giabardo (TD) and overseen by Mark Cassar. The Commercial Operations will be overseen by Jason Beer taking on the role of General Manager.
Knowledge transfer of the President role from Jason Beer to Jarrah Raabe will take place during the 2026 Season.

The General Manager is the chief operational leader of the club reporting to the Board, responsible for driving the overall strategic direction, sustainable growth, and culture of the Drouin Dragons SC. Responsible for Strategic Planning and Implementation, Financial Management, Commercial and Marketing Operations, Staff and Volunteer Operations, Facilities and Infrastructure, Stakeholder Management and Community Relations, Player Welfare and Pathways, Reporting and Analysis.
Club Roles reporting to the General Manager include the Technical Director, Food and Beverage Manager, Canteen Manager, Volunteer Coordinator, Mini Roos Director, Facility Manager, Administration Officer, Game Day Coordinator, Social Soccer Coordinator, Referee Coordinator, Equipment Coordinator, Female Participation Officer and Social Media Officer.
