Drouin Dragons SC will be hosting the 2026 Kappa Gippsland Challenge Cup at Bellbird Park in Drouin. Having 4 Pitches under Lights and 8 Change Rooms, Admin Office overlooking the main Pitch, 3 Referee Rooms and a 100 Seat Function Room, Bellbird Park was designed with hosting Tournaments in mind.
Gippsland Soccer League and Latrobe Valley Soccer League Community Clubs are invited to participate.
Men and Women’s Tournament
When: Saturday 28th March for Men and Women’s Teams
Where: Corner of Lampard’s Rd and Settlement Rd Drouin. Bellbird Park Sporting Precinct (Car Parking for 200 Vehicles)
Pitches: Pitches 1 and 2 for Men and Pitches 3 and 4 for Women’s Games. Both Finals will be played on Pitch 1
Entry Fee: $250 per team paid into the Drouin Dragons SC Bank Account. Drouin Dragons SC will email the Team the Bank Details for payment.
Referees and ARs included in the cost of entry
Game Format: Unlimited interchange during the game. 50 Minute Games with 10-minute half time and 30 minutes between the games. The top 2 teams will play each other in a final. Minimum 3 games played on the day. 11 v 11 plus bench.
Team Squads are encouraged to attend to rotate players throughout the day
U12s and U14s Tournament
When: Sunday 29th March for U12s and U14s Teams
Where: Corner of Lampard’s Rd and Settlement Rd Drouin. Bellbird Park Sporting Precinct (Car Parking for 200 Vehicles)
Pitches: Pitches 3 and 4 for U12s and Pitches 1 and 2 for U14s Games. U12 Final will be played on Pitch 3 while the U14 Final will be played on Pitch 1
Entry Fee: $100 per U12s team and $150 per U14s Team paid into the Drouin Dragons SC Bank Account. Drouin Dragons SC will email the Team the Bank Details for payment.

U14s are 40 Minute Games with 10-minute half time and 20 minutes between the games.
U12s are 30 Minute Games with 10-minute half time and 20 minutes between the games.
The top 2 teams will play each other in a final. Minimum 3 games played on the day. U14s are 11 v 11 plus bench. U12s are 9 v 9 plus bench.

General Information:
- Bar open from Midday on Saturday. Bar will NOT be open on Sunday
- Kappa Australia will have a merchandise tent on site
- Sit in comfort in the Pavilion Function Room and watch the games on Pitch 3 and Pitch 1
- Canteen open on both Saturday and Sunday
- Pitch Sizes: Pitch 1 – 105m x 68m, Pitch 2 – 100m x 50m, Pitch 3 – 100m x 50m, Pitch 4 – 100m x 50m. Use of Marques must be held down by sandbags (no pegs)
- One Men’s, Women’s, U12s and U14s Team per Club can be entered into the Tournament
- U12’s and U14s teams are open to both Girls and boys
- There are 8 Change Rooms and 16 Teams on each day. There will be 4 Male Change Rooms and 4 Female Change Rooms available on both days.
- Change Rooms will not be allocated to Teams during the day.
- Drouin Dragons SC will not be responsible for personal equipment left in the Change Rooms.
- Marques are encouraged as the main Club Meeting Area during the day. Marques MUST be held down by sandbags.
Teams and Players must adhere to the following Terms and Conditions and treat the games within the Tournament like a Home and Away Game in the LVSL and GSL
- Number of players on the pitch and bench follows LVSL and GSL Rules
- Team Marshalls required for each Game and MUST be visible with Marshall Vests
- Tournament Marshalls will be onsite and visible with Marshall Vests
- ONLY Players and Officials will be allowed in the Technical Area
- Spectators are to remain behind the pitch fence and pitch ropes during games
